("we") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws and guidelines, and handles personal information obtained through this website (the "Site") and our business as set out below. This English version is provided for convenience; the Japanese version prevails.

2. Information we collect
We collect the following personal information.
• Information entered in the contact form (name, company or organisation, email address, type and details of your inquiry, and anything else you enter)
• Information provided when applying for or asking about positions
• Records of form submissions (time, a processed value of the IP address, etc., used to prevent spam and abuse)
• Access logs from viewing the Site (IP address, browser type, time of access, etc.)
3. Purposes of use
We use personal information only for the following purposes.
• Responding to and contacting you about inquiries
• Providing requested services, quotes and contract procedures
• Handling job applications
• Preventing spam, sales or solicitation messages, and other misuse
• Operating and improving the Site (including statistical analysis that does not identify individuals)
4. Outsourcing and use of overseas providers
We may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent needed for these purposes. When we do, we choose providers carefully and supervise them appropriately.
• To judge whether an inquiry is a sales or solicitation message, the content of form submissions may be sent to an AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC in the United States for automated screening. We use it after confirming the provider's security measures. • To display the Site we use Google LLC (Google Fonts) and the jsDelivr delivery service. When you view the Site, information such as your device's IP address is sent to these providers.
5. Provision to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
6. Security measures
Based on our ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management system) certification, we take organisational, human, physical and technical measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information. Communication with the Site is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Personal information is deleted appropriately once it is no longer needed for its purpose.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension
If you ask us to notify you of the purpose of use of, disclose, correct, add to, delete, suspend use of or erase your retained personal data, stop providing it to third parties, or disclose records of third-party provision, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please make requests through the contact form on the Site.
8. Cookies, browser storage and access analysis
The Site uses browser storage (cookies, local storage and session storage) to remember display settings such as turning animation on or off. This does not include information that identifies you. You can disable it in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may then not display correctly.
To understand which pages are viewed and how often, we also count visits ourselves on our own server. The count uses the page viewed, the date and time, and the name of the referring site. IP addresses and browser types are turned into a value that changes every day and cannot be reversed, used only to count visitors, and are never stored as they are. We do not send these statistics to any outside analytics service.

We make every effort to keep the information on the Site accurate, but we accept no responsibility for any action taken using it, or for any damage to users or third parties arising from use of the Site.
10. Copyright and portrait rights
All content on the Site — text, images, photographs, video and drawings — is protected by copyright, portrait rights and other rights. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

You are generally free to link to the Site, though we may decline links depending on their content.
